Abul Mohsin is Aventus Clinic’s Senior Hair Loss Consultant. With extensive experience in customer relations and previous experience working within a busy central London clinic, he helps patients understand the hair-restoration journey and ensures each stage of their care is clearly explained and well coordinated.
As a senior patient advisor, Abul is often one of the first members of the Aventus team patients speak with. He takes time to understand their concerns, answer initial questions and explain the different options available before helping coordinate the appropriate next steps with the clinic’s medical team.
Abul also has first-hand experience of the personal impact of hair loss. For more than 12 years, he has explored androgenetic hair loss and different approaches to managing it himself, giving him a genuine understanding of many of the questions and concerns patients have when they first contact the clinic.
His role is to make the process feel clear and straightforward, ensuring patients know what to expect and who they will be seeing at each stage of their care.
