Claire Alajooz

Claire graduated from Kings College London in 2007 and went on to do her clinical training at St George’s University London, attaining her national certification in 2010. She has been working in General Practice ever since; in this time she developed a passion for Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine. She is fully certified in Minor Surgery and in a variety of Aesthetic treatments.

In 2016 Claire started her Dermatology training at St Marys hospital under the supervision of consultant Dr Sarwant Shah where she developed in-depth knowledge of lesion recognition and skin disease management. Most importantly she was developing her skills in minor surgery and operating independent lists. More recently Claire has been working in Bedford Hospital Dermatology outpatient department as well as doing her own minor surgery lists in general practice.

Claire has received a distinction from the University of Cardiff in the Dermascopy Diploma. She has completed the nationally recognised course in Minor Surgery and attends the annual updates. Claire is soon due to embark on a MSc in Dermatology.

She is a fantastic clinician and loved by her patients because of her warm and friendly nature.
